Sign language interpreter services
The service is available to persons authorized to use the services of a sign language interpreter in contacts with public administration bodies under the terms specified in the Act of 19th of August 2011 on sign language and other means of communication (Journal of Laws No. 209, item 1243, as amended). It will be provided during the visit of the authorized person to the seat of the Supreme Administrative Court to the extent necessary to obtain information about cases and provide access to files.
The authorized person is obliged to report their willingness to use the sign language interpreter service at least 3 business days before the planned date of the visit, excluding emergency situations.

After accepting the notification, the Supreme Administrative Court ensures service to the authorized person, within the time limit set by them or agreed with them.
When it’s impossible to provide the service the Supreme Administrative Court notifies the authorized person and explains the reason, setting a possible time limit for providing the service or indicating another form of exercising the rights at the same time.
